坦克装甲车辆潜渡排气装置

本发明涉及一种坦克装甲车辆发动机在潜渡过程中的一种排气装置。解决了发动机排气背压不够导致水下5米深时不能启动的问题，从而快速实现潜渡任务。由进气筒、拉柄钢丝绳总成、轴、右弯板、左弯板和螺栓组成，进气筒为弯管形状，右弯板、左弯板下端各带有一个卡爪，安装在与排烟口连接的进气筒一端，其上端用轴连接，拉柄钢丝绳总成与轴之间用螺栓连接，螺栓头部为细长菱形。与排烟口连接的进气筒一端还可以装有排气单向阀。本发明实现了潜渡排气装置快速自动解脱，使装甲车辆在出水后能迅速投入陆战的功能。特别是增加排气单向阀结构的排气装置，在排气筒出现意外时，能够保证车辆的水下通过性能，有效地提高了车辆潜渡的安全性。

The invention relates to an exhaust device used for a tank armoured vehicle engine in the dive-crossing process. The problem that the exhaust back pressure of the engine is not enough and thus the engine cannot be started under water by 5 m is solved, and thus the dive-crossing task is rapidly achieved. The exhaust device is composed of an air inlet cylinder, a pull handle steel wire rope assembly, a shaft, a right bent plate, a left bent plate and a bolt. The air inlet cylinder is in a bent pipe shape, the lower ends of the right bent plate and the left bent plate are each provided with a clamping claw, the right bent plate and the left bent plate are mounted at one end of the air inlet cylinder connected with a smoke outlet, and the upper ends of the right bent plate and the left bent plate are connected through the shaft. The pull handle steel wire rope assembly is connected with the shaft through the bolt, the head of the bolt is a fine and long rhombus. An exhaust one-way valve can further be mounted at one end of the air inlet cylinder connected with the smoke outlet. According to the exhaust device, rapid automatic relief of the dive-crossing exhaust device is achieved, the function that an armoured vehicle can rapidly come into a land battle after leaving the water is achieved; and particularly, as for the exhaust device additionally provided with an exhaust one-way valve structure, when an accident occurs to an exhaust cylinder, the passing performance of the vehicle under the water can be ensured, and the vehicle dive-crossing safety is effectively improved.
