本发明涉及一种由调压整流器、滤波器、IGBT输出模块、过压保护器和主控板等模块组成电源，输出端一个带有阴极的喷淋头，一个塑料的槽液箱，一个电动循环泵及可以使电解液进行循环流动的塑料管路组成的装置，是可以对轻合金进行微弧氧化的装置及工艺。特别是利用一种便于携带的小型微弧氧化装置，对大型工件或不可拆卸工件局部损坏表面进行微弧氧化处理的装置及工艺。改变了过去工件微弧氧化处理只能在工厂进行的限制。实现了对大型设备和不可拆卸轻合金部件的现场局部微弧氧化表面处理。

The limit that in the past, micro-arc oxidation treatment ofworkpieces can only be conducted in a factory is changed, and site local micro-arcoxidation surface treatment of large equipment and the non-removable alloy partsis achieved.
