一种燃料电池汽车混合动力系统控制方法,燃料电池混合动力系统由驾驶员踏板 1、综合控制器2、车载信息显示系统3、燃料电池发电系统4、DC/DC变换器5、电机控制器6、驱动电机7、动力电池组管理系统8、动力电池组9、CAN总线网络10、功率二极管11以及稳压滤波电容12、13组成,对燃料电池发电系统4采用功率PI控制,对DC/DC变换器5用电流PI控制,通过DC/DC变换器5电流的调节引起DC/DC变换器5输出电压变化而达到动力电池组9充放电电流的自动调节,并最终实现燃料电池发电系统4输出功率和动力电池组9充放电功率的协调控制。

Controlmethod for hybrid power system of fuel cell vehicle

Theinvention discloses a control method for a hybrid power system of a fuel cellvehicle. The fuel cell hybrid power system is composed of a driver pedal 1, anintegrated controller 2, a vehicle-mounted information display system 3, a fuelcell power generation system 4, a DC/DC converter 5, a motor controller 6, adriving motor 7, a power battery pack management system 8, a power battery pack9, CAN bus network 10, a power diode 11, a voltage-stabilizing filter capacitor12 and a voltage-stabilizing filter capacitor 13. The fuel cell powergeneration system 4 is controlled through the power PI, the DC/DC converter 5is controlled through the current PI, the output voltage of the DC/DC converter5 is changed by adjusting the current of the DC/DC converter 5, thus, automaticadjusting of charging and discharging currents of the power battery pack 9 is achieved,and finally, coordinated control over the output power of the fuel cell powergeneration system 4 and charge and discharge power of the power battery pack 9is achieved.
