微小孔电加工方法与装置

The micro-hole electrical machining device is mainly composed of a machine tool base body, a high-speed electric spark machining device, an electrolytic machining device, a working fluid circulating device and the like, and the working fluid adopts tap water, or deionized water or ultrapure water. The micro-hole electrical machining method and device do not need secondary clamping and do not need to replace the working fluid, and have the advantages of high machining speed, simple and practical effects, high operability and the like.
